A life
About Frank Alper
His biography, inner path and the quiet decisions that shaped a life given to the soul.

Origins & inner path
Frank Alper was born in Brooklyn, New York, on January 22, 1930, into a traditional Jewish family, growing up alongside a brother and a sister. His father owned a tailoring business for women's coats on Seventh Avenue, where Frank worked for a time as part of the family business.
Even as a young boy, he questioned the traditions he was raised in, searching for who or what the Creator truly is. Outwardly his life followed familiar patterns of stability, family life and responsibility. Inwardly, a quiet yet persistent longing for meaning grew stronger, until it could no longer be ignored.
The call to Phoenix
In 1970, driven by this longing, Frank left everything behind — his family, his friends, and a comfortable life — and moved to Phoenix, Arizona, beginning again with little more than a suitcase and a determination to find peace. This was not an escape, but the necessity of remaining true to his own soul.
During this period he passed through what he called his “initiations of fire” — akin to a dark night of the soul — which connected him to Universal Law and gave a solid foundation to his integrity.
In Phoenix he founded the Arizona Metaphysical Society and began teaching, healing and holding the weekly gatherings that became known as “The Carousel” — meetings from which many of his teachings and books would emerge.
Through his strong connection to Atlantis he channelled Exploring Atlantis in the early 1980s, and through his connection with the consciousness of Moses he brought forth the Spiritual Numerology of Moses. For over thirty years his work reached students across North America, England, Europe and Japan.
We are all children of the universe, and everything is possible for us to achieve.

The final chapter
In 2005, Frank began what he called his “final chapter.” His faith in spirit was solid and unshakable. Deep within, he sensed that his days were numbered, and within the time that remained he taught with a quiet, restless urgency.
He conducted his last seminar in Switzerland in October 2007, and left this world there on December 7, 2007, at the age of seventy-seven. He left behind a body of work that continues to inspire students, teachers and seekers around the world.
Frank viewed death not as an ending, but as a transition in the continuing journey of the soul — and he trusted, always, that love and the greater purpose of spirit ultimately prevail.
