Continuing the Work

In the years before Frank Alper's passing, Blue Marsden had begun developing and refining the Spiritual Numerology method into what would later become known as Soul Plan. This development arose from the same living stream of work and lineage, with the intention of making the deeper principles more accessible, structured and relevant for a new generation.

In 2009, Blue introduced the new version of Soul Plan, which added additional channelled material and integrated the work within roots in the Sefer Yetzirah mystical text. In the same year he began writing the Soul Plan book. A few years later, it was published in 2012 by Hay House, bringing the work to a much wider international audience.

The following year, Katharina Alper, together with Blue and Ulla Sarrow — who had been with Frank from his early years in Phoenix and was his earliest, longest-standing and perhaps most knowledgeable student — began work on a German edition. This was later published as SeelenPlan, which has also become successful and helped make the work accessible to German-speaking students and readers.

In 2015, Blue obtained a publishing contract in Japan with one of the country's major publishers, Tsutaya. Frank had previously visited Japan and had formed a special connection with the country, feeling the people had a special connection with Atlantis. Blue had also experienced a strong connection with Japan, having first established a teaching college there independently of Soul Plan in 2006.

In the unfolding of the work, there were also some other interesting correspondences: Frank and Blue share certain Soul Plan resonances, including the same numbers in the spiritual aspect and soul destiny positions, along with astrological similarities. Later, when Blue began teaching Soul Plan in Japan, another unexpected synchronicity occurred: his new interpreter turned out to be the same person who had worked with Frank many years earlier as a young interpreter.

Over time, some of Frank's former students also began appearing at Blue's seminars and sessions, adding to the sense of continuity between Frank's original teachings and the later international development of Soul Plan.

The work has continued to reach new students, cultures and languages, with the first Chinese edition of the book published in 2026 — a further sign that Frank's influence continues to spread internationally.
