Frank never saw spirituality as separate subjects or systems. Healing, channeling, crystals, numerology and the study of consciousness were, for him, expressions of the same universal principles — and of humanity's relationship with the soul. What follows is not a catalogue, but a path through his work.
Adamis
Not a guide apart from Frank, but an aspect of his own soul.
For Frank Alper, Adamis was not an external guide or a separate entity, but an aspect of his own soul consciousness and higher self. The energies of Adamis entered his life when he was around eight and a half years old, though only later did he come to understand their deeper meaning and significance.
Throughout his life and work, Adamis remained a central presence and guiding force — shaping his understanding of healing, consciousness, spiritual evolution and humanity's relationship with the Universe. The name itself carries the meaning “Adam is” or “Adam exists,” reflecting themes of human origin and the continuity of consciousness.
For many students and friends, the relationship between Frank and Adamis became so natural and inseparable that in the later years of his life some referred to him simply as “Frank-Adamis.” In many ways, it is difficult to understand his work without also understanding the place of Adamis within it.

Spiritual Numerology & the Soul Plan Connection
A map of the soul, drawn from the twenty-two letters of the Hebrew alphabet.
Through his connection with the consciousness of Moses in the early 1980s, Frank Alper developed a system he called the Spiritual Numerology of Moses. Based on the twenty-two letters of the ancient Hebrew alphabet, it explores the soul's purpose, gifts, challenges and lessons within a lifetime.
For Frank, this was never seen as fatalistic. It served as a map of the soul's journey and a tool for greater self-understanding, healing and spiritual growth. Its highly structured nature contrasted with his own preference for spontaneous, intuitive teaching, so he often returned to the freer flow of healing and channeling — yet he valued its insight deeply.
In the years before Frank's passing, author and teacher Blue Marsden had begun developing and refining this Spiritual Numerology method into what would later become known as Soul Plan. This development arose from the same living stream of work, with the intention of making the deeper principles more accessible, structured and relevant for a new generation.
Spiritual Healing
Healing understood as a reconnection of body, mind and soul.
For Frank, healing was never simply the treatment of physical symptoms. He understood it as an energetic and spiritual process involving the body, mind, soul and higher consciousness of the individual.
He taught that physical illness often reflects deeper emotional, psychological or spiritual imbalance — that symptoms are not only problems to be removed, but messages that can offer insight and an opportunity for growth. Healing, in his understanding, was not something given by the healer, but a process in which the healer assists a person in reconnecting with their own capacity for balance and transformation.
His methods combined energy work through the hands, crystal healing and spiritual guidance through channeling. Yet the method itself was never the central issue. What mattered was the healing process and the needs of the individual soul.

Crystal Work
Crystals as living partners — the work that made him “Crystal Daddy.”
Crystals formed a central part of Frank's healing work, particularly following his move to Phoenix in 1970. He worked primarily with quartz from the United States and Brazil, and regarded crystals not as minerals or instruments, but as living energetic partners — capable of storing, transmitting and amplifying energies connected with healing, consciousness and the soul.
He personally programmed crystals with specific frequencies, and developed crystal patterns and circles for particular purposes: to restore energy, to balance the chakras, to support emotional release. His deep affinity with the crystalline realm became so well known that students and friends in the United States affectionately called him “Crystal Daddy.”
Much of his teaching on Atlantis and healing grew directly from this work, so that crystals and the memory of Atlantis became closely interwoven.
Atlantean Healing Paddles
Channelled in 1986 — instruments inspired by the healing of Atlantis.
In 1986, Frank channelled the Atlantean Healing Paddles, inspired by healing methods said to have been used in ancient Atlantis. Their construction was precise: wooden handles, copper wire and coloured films arranged in exact geometric configurations, intended to interact with subtle energies and consciousness.
Unlike crystal healing or hands-on work, the paddles were specialised instruments. Their complexity and method of production meant they were used less frequently in everyday healing — yet Frank regarded them as valuable tools capable of supporting specific energetic processes.
Today this work continues through Blue Marsden training those who are drawn to work with the new Pastel Paddles, and who preserve and share these methods for those who are now ready to receive this magical treatment.
Energenetics®
A pioneering work — the meeting of consciousness, energy and genetics.
Developed in the later years of his work, around 2002, Energenetics® became one of Frank's most advanced healing systems. It focused on energetic patterns associated with inherited conditions and genetic tendencies.
Frank taught that while it was not always possible to reverse an existing condition, it might be possible to neutralise or transform energetic imprints in ways that could benefit future generations. He regarded the work as pioneering and far ahead of its time, and chose to legally protect the name Energenetics® in order to preserve the integrity of the method.
He believed that the relationship between consciousness, energy and genetics would one day be better understood — and that when an idea truly serves humanity, the right people and the right time appear for it to unfold.
Arizona Metaphysical Society
Phoenix, 1970 — the community where the teaching began.
Following his move to Phoenix in 1970, Frank founded the Arizona Metaphysical Society as a place for spiritual exploration, learning and community. It brought together people interested in healing, consciousness, channeling, metaphysics and the deeper questions of human existence.
Lectures, seminars and gatherings — including the weekly meetings that became known as “The Carousel” — formed the foundation of much of his later teaching, and many of his books emerged from them. During this period the Society was also associated with the Church of Tzaddi, based in Boulder, Colorado.
For many students, it became not only a place of learning, but a spiritual home and meeting place for like-minded seekers.
Channeling & Soul Work
A universal channel, in service to the soul — never to prediction.
Frank worked as a universal channel, connecting with the soul of an individual to convey insight into its plan, its inner potentials and its essential life themes. His work was never focused on prediction or fortune-telling, but on orientation, remembrance and personal responsibility.
Beyond this soul work he brought through numerous spiritual masters, angelic beings, and elemental and earth intelligences — and he was able to connect his students to these energies as well, a gift he loved to share. His private Soul Readings became especially well known, valued for their depth, clarity and remarkable accuracy; sometimes their meaning became clear only years later.
Your existence is mind, and through your mind you can create any reality you wish.
Consciousness & Spiritual Growth
Earth as a school for the soul — and the soul as something that never ends.
Frank saw Earth as a unique and valuable place for the evolution of the soul — a world of duality and free will through which consciousness learns and grows. He taught that souls incarnate from many different levels of development: some to learn through the challenges of earthly life, others — often described as Master Souls — to help and guide humanity along the way.
He spoke often of Creation as a vast, living reality extending far beyond our own world and even our own universe, and of the Creator Consciousness that stands behind and within all life. Physical bodies are temporary and civilizations may rise and fall — he pointed to Atlantis as an example — but for Frank the survival of the soul was never in question. The only question was where and how its journey would continue.
We are all children of the universe, and everything is possible for us to achieve.
